The National Defence Academy in Pune is the premier joint services academy of India. It was established in 1948 and has since been training cadets for all three wings of the Indian Armed Forces - Army, Navy, and Air Force. NDA provides a unique opportunity to young men who wish to serve their country by joining one of these forces as officers. Cadets at NDA receive world-class education and training that prepares them for future leadership roles within the armed forces.
