MIT-World Peace University in Pune
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is a private research university located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It is one of the most prestigious universities in the world and has been ranked first among all universities in the United States for six consecutive years.
In 2006, MIT founded a sister school in Pune, India called the MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU). The goal of this university is to promote peace and social justice through education and research.

The curriculum at MIT-WPU is based on that of MIT, but it also includes courses on conflict resolution and human rights. The faculty at MIT-WPU are highly qualified and come from a variety of backgrounds, including engineering, business, law, and medicine.

The campus at MIT-WPU is spread over 18 acres and includes classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports facilities, and residential buildings. There are currently more than 2200 students enrolled at the university from over 50 count
