Shravannath Math Jawaharlal Nehru College

Shravannath Math Jawaharlal Nehru College is a college for liberal arts studies in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The Institute is approved by The State Government of Uttarakhand and is affiliated by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. Shravannath Math Jawaharlal Nehru College is accredited with an “A” Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) because of its great infrastructure and academic excellence in the field of commerce by students and faculty. Currently, the institute offers courses as Bachelor of Arts(B.A.) Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com) Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) Master of Arts(M.A.) Master of Commerce(M.Com) PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication PG Diploma in Company Administration Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy Certificate in Computerized Accounting courses. The Eligibility for admission is that the aspirants, who have cleared Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with commerce stream, can apply for the admission for Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
Shravannath Math Jawaharlal Nehru College has a faculty of about 120 high qualified and experienced teachers in Commerce department. The institute has good infrastructure with latest facilities. The campus consists of internet connectivity, Language Lab, Knowledge Centre and e-learning centre, a well-stocked library with over 10,000 books and journals. Shravannath Math Jawaharlal Nehru College encourages students to participate in sports events and has a sports ground for basketball, tennis, volleyball, hockey, cricket and football along with a common room for indoor games like chess, carom, Table Tennis, etc.
The Institute has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with all latest facilities. The college conducts many cultural and extracurricular events every year which are managed by student clubs. The College campus is also equipped with an air-conditioned Auditorium for seminars with facility of audio-video aid. The Institute also invites guest faculties for the guidance of students and to resolve their concerns.
