Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology offers under-graduate programs in the engineering streams .Institute offers Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) with specialization in Computer science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Bio-Technology and Chemical engineering, Master of Technology (M.Tech) with specialization in Computers and Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Computer Application(MCA) and Master of Business Administration(MBA) courses. Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology follows the government policies on reservation of seats. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at RRS College of Engineering and Technology in its various departments.
The institute is supplied with latest and modern facilities. The College campus consists of a lecture hall, of capacity of 90 students at a time. The Lecture hall is equipped with LCD projector, Computers and audio systems. The central library of the institute is well-maintained and consists of 28369 volumes with 7646 titles of Textbooks, Reference books, Technical Journals, Periodicals, and Competition books related to various departments and other relevant subjects. The library is fully computerized and is connected to online libraries via internet for students and faculties for research purpose.
The library also subscribes to about 200 printed and 210 e-journals, in addition to the CD ROMs and audio cassettes. It is equipped with 12 internet facilitate computers. The Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology campus has 6 computer labs running on operating systems as Windows 2000, Linux, and Unix with LAN connection of 256kbps high speed internet connectivity.
