Lala Lajpat Rai College of Commerce and Economics was established in the year 1959, the college was named after the great reformer Lala Lajpat Rai who work hard for the nation and his objective is to work hard . Lala Lajpat Rai was interested to educate the nation and contribute nation and social life, the main motto to contribute in the field of education and make the developed nation.
The Lala Lajpat Rai College of Commerce and Economics organizes many events, ceremonies, workshops, conference, workshop for the upliftment and betterment of the students which , make the student confidents and strong to face the difficult situations of the world. But these events they get interact with many prominent and eminent people of the industry who share their professional experiences with the students.
The college has the best library which has a good collection of the magazine, books, national and international journals, many reference books which help the students to study and become perfect in the respective subject. The faculty of the Lala Lajpat Rai College of Commerce and Economics is experienced and dedicated faculty who are always ready to help the students in the hard time and they are always ready to help in their subjects.
