With its fine infrastructure and ability to maintain high academic standards, the Institution has the unique honor of being acclaimed as one of the outstanding educational institutions under Mumbai University. The college functions over an area, encircling 8 acres of land. The built-in-area in which the college functions covers 4.5 acres of land space. The Institute has a dedicated and experienced faculty of about 228 well-qualified teachers. The college organizes NSS and NCC camps and encourages students to participate. The institute organizes workshops in various fields such as Social Sciences, Literature, Education, Science, Technology, Defense etc.
Satyawati College (evening) offers undergraduate programs in Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), B.Sc (Electronics & Communication, Computer science, Microbiology, Bio-chemistry, Bio-technology, Physics, Chemistry), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), along with post graduation courses such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Computer Application (MCA), M.Com (Accounting, Computer science, Business Study, Finance management, CS, CA). The Institute also offers research facility and offers research programmes as M.Phil Micro-biology, M.Phil, Bio-technology and Ph.D. in Microbiology. The Institute provides a rich infrastructure with latest facilities to students and faculty members. The Campus accommodates facilities such as canteen, transport, separate hostels for boys and girls, a well-stocked library, IT lab, life sciences lab, Management studies lab.
The College has a very active Placement cell that conducts On/Off Campus interview, in plant training, Industrial visits for both students and faculty, Project work, Career guidance programmes.
