Mookambigai College of Engineering established in 1985, and a co-educational college ; approved by All India Council for TechnicaI Education and is affiliated to Anna University. The Institute is spread in 200 acres of land that includes separate hostels for boys and girls, sports ground, seminar halls and an auditorium and some other type of facilities are also available like heath care centre, post office etc. Adhiparasakthi Engineering College offers both under-graduate and post-graduate courses that consists of B.E. (Computer science, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and communication and Electrical and electronics,IT), science & humanities . The institution is ISO 9001:2008 certified and the departments are accredited by NBA, New Delhi.
Mookambigai College of Engineering faculty consists of more than 160 well-experienced and qualified teachers for all three streams who encourage and motivate students to come forward and study in a comfortable environment. Additionally many guest faculties from highly recognized universities are invited throughout the duration of a course to guide and provide a better perspective to the students. Students are encouraged to present research papers outside the college and to participate in extracurricular events.
The Continuing Education Cell of college prepares the students in various skill development activities while the Career Guidance Cell counsels the students on the career path they should choose.To impart quality technical education to students so as to produce proficient and competent engineers who are globally Acceptable and Adaptable. To inculcate Moral, Social and Humane values in students and make them strong in Character and steadfast in Discipline, conscious of their obligations to the Nation. The Institute infrastructure is set to be a globally accredited Institution of excellence, committed to world class Engineering and Research partnering in the futuristic growth of Science and Technology.
