The IIT Gandhinagar provides the several engineering courses with specialization in computer science engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, and chemical engineering. The institute also provides courses such as doctor of philosophy in cognitive science and chemistry.
The institute has a large library with thousands of books, which helps students to improve their learning skills. The college provides medical facilities and recreational facilities for students, which ensure the healthy education for students. The undergraduate curriculum in IIT Gandhinagar is comparable to that of IIT Bombay.
The workshops at the IIT College are well-equipped with modern items, and also have knowledgeable faculties to provide valuable training in various fields of engineering. The management of the IIT College allocated qualified staff for training and placement cell, the main objective of training and placement cell is to provide full placement opportunities for students and to develop them in various fields of engineering. The institute pays more attention in students’ skills development and college growth.
The college also conducts several cultural programs in order to reveal the talents of students in various activities. The college campus itself has canteen facilities for students, and medical facilities.
