Lalbahadur Shastri Senior College, Partur, Dist Jalna is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. It was established in the academic year 1984, with the special efforts of the Honourable Late Ex. (MLA) Shri. Vaijnathrao Akat and later on it made remarkably progress under the guidance of Late Babasaheb Akat . Today the college is attempting to move towards excellence under the guidance of Smt. Ashabai Babasaheb Akat. President, Marathwada Sarvodaya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Partur which was established in 1976. Lalbahadur Shastri Senior College, Partur is imparting higher education to the students of this region with the motto “Success in science and scientific work come not through the provision of unlimited or big resources, but in wise and careful selection of problem and objectives.
