Microbiology, a new branch of Biological Science, studies microscopic organisms includingany living organism that is either a single cellor has no cells at all. The definition of microscopic organisms as eukaryotes in Microbiology that includes fungi & protists prokaryotes& also virusesis the main subjective interest of Biological Science. This biological subject typically includes the study of the immune system of microscopic organisms. Living organisms, their origin, formation, structure development et al constitutes the rasa of the subject. Microbiology as a biology subject has three disciplines that studythe effect of microscopic organisms in human lives. Pure Microbiology considers the taxonomic arrangement of microscopic organisms as Bacteriology, Phycology, Immunology etc & Applied Microbiology categorizes into several sub-topics such as Industrial microbiology, Microbial biotechnology, Medical microbiology etc. Microbiology refers the precise & quantitative determination of microscopic organisms that have been detected & thus named by culture-independent means.
